1. Register / Login

GitHub OAuth is the primary onboarding path. Email/password remains available only for test environments.

2. Create API Key

Generate a scoped API key bound to your tenant buckets/streams.

3. Exchange JWT + Call Gateway

Exchange API key for JWT and invoke `/ds/*` via gateway with proper authorization.
